We may be dreaming of a white Christmas, but for those of us staying in USA for the festive season, the chances stay in the “slim to none” category. To the Cartier party on June 8th, Ashley Judd wore this perfect Michael Kors dress. Floor-length dresses are a hot commodity this season. I call it perfect because it is casual enough to wear to a dinner date but fancy enough to wear to a high profile event.

I’ve noticed a trend lately. It is almost impossible to find a comfortable pair of jeans that don’t either a) look like they are made for a teenager or b) look like they are made for an old woman.

Used to be I could run into the local super center, grab a pair of size 10 longs off the shelf, go home and be happy. Those days are gone. I’m not looking for fashionable jeans, I’m not into trendy. Nor do I want jeans that have an elasticized waist. I don’t even want this stretchy stuff that seems to be everywhere I go. Read the rest of this entry »

Miss Sixty never fails to keep the pulse of young, hip, and fun ladies. Although her fashions may seem too edgy and “street” for some, they never fail to make me smile and say, “I’ll take three of those, please!”
